The homeowner recently purchased a large R.V., so the challenge was creating enough space to easily maneuver the vehicle while keeping a modern, aesthetically pleasing look. We did not want the driveway to feel like an oversized parking lot—mission accomplished.

Design Goals

Construction Details

• Heavy-Duty Build: Paved in two lifts totaling over 5″ of asphalt for durability and load-bearing performance.
• Concrete Accents: Concrete ribbon edges frame the entire driveway, adding structure and a crisp, modern border.
• Signature Feature: Concrete concentric circles provide a unique focal element that sets this project apart.
• Paver Walkways: Installed with Techo-Bloc Blu 60 HD2 in Shale Gray, blended with a random mix of Onyx Black pavers for contrast and interest.
• Stair Treads: Finished with Onyx Black Raffinato copings to tie the palette together from the driveway to the entry.

This property now has the perfect modern feel without sacrificing warm, welcoming comfort. The widened geometry and thoughtful layout make R.V. maneuvering easy, while the material choices and detailing keep the appearance refined and residential.
