When Joe the sales rep came to our home to look the job over we found him to be very friendly and professional. He clearly explained the process and gave us a fair total price for the job. We agreed right then & there to go forward with using Kaplan. Between the prep crew and the paving crew there were no problems at all and the finished driveway replacement job looks absolutely beautiful. A week or two later Billy, their Quality Control Mgr. came over and checked on the overall job. He too was very friendly and professional. He asked if we had any concerns, which we did not as we were 100% happy with their work. He gave us some tips on keeping the driveway looking good in the years to come.
