New Driveway in Deerfield

New Driveway at 650 Pine St, Deerfield, IL

Kaplan Paving recently transformed a single-car garage and tiny driveway at 650 Pine St, Deerfield, IL. Located on a busy street, the homeowner needed additional parking and functionality. To comply with village guidelines, we pinched in the driveway at the sidewalk (public right of way). The original 498-square-foot driveway was expanded to an 862-square-foot driveway.

Given the constant parking needs, we recommended a two-lift, 3″ compacted asphalt driveway for excellent compaction and increased durability. The project was completed in Spring 2024, providing the homeowner with a spacious and functional driveway.
